Wolters Kluwer Health has partnered with the Australian College of Nursing (ACN) to adapt Lippincott Procedures for use by Australia’s clinician community. The online evidence-based procedure guide will fully reflect Australia’s nursing protocols, regulations, terminology and drug names.
Under the partnership agreement, Wolters Kluwer and the ACN will modify Lippincott Procedures to align with clinical workflows and practice patterns among Australia’s 377,000 nurses and midwives practising in more than 1,330 private and public hospitals. Doing so will provide nurses with a single trusted resource to guide care management decisions with evidence-based best practices and protocols, eliminating the care variability that can happen when clinicians work with multiple reference tools that may not offer standardised guidance.
NEW PROCEDURES NOW AVAILABLE - RELEASED AUGUST 2019.
Wolters Kluwer has released another 26 Australian procedures bringing the total to over 260 to date. You can view the full list of procedures here.
